Burglar stole cash, alcohol and soft drinks in house raid.

A BURGLAR broke into a Clacton house to steal alcohol and cash.

The crook broke into the house by the junction between Tyler Avenue and Bluehouse Avenue.

A small amount of money was stolen, along with alcohol and soft drinks.

It happened overnight between Friday June 29 and Saturday June 30.

Forensic officers examined the house and talked to neighbours.

Investigating officer PC Mark Peacock said: “We’re keen to speak with anyone who knows the identity of this burglar.

“It’s strange that only alcohol and a relatively small amount of cash was taken from the property.”
