POLICE are appealing for information following a series of break-ins at beach huts in Walton.
Burglars forced open the doors of two huts in Southcliff Parade between 2pm on Wednesday, July 22, and about 7am on Monday, July 27.
The doors of a double beach hut were also smashed sometime between 5pm on Saturday, July 25, and 7am on Monday, July 27.
A fourth was entered sometime between Monday, July 27 and Wednesday, July 29, and a fifth burglary was reported shortly after 7am last Monday.
It is not believed any items were stolen but damage was caused to the huts, which were all new.
Anyone with information is asked to call PC Paul Kilgannon on 101.
