DESPERATE traders who have been battling against trouble-making town centre drunks have begged for a crackdown to end the “nightmare”.
Business owners in Jackson Road, Clacton, have blasted the “disgusting” antisocial behaviour by drunks throughout the day.
They claim the problem is the worst it has ever been.
Charlie Nehmet, who owns Charlie’s Diner, said the groups were often abusive and intimidating after drinking cheap booze all day and wants something done to put an end to it.
