DEVELOPERS have unveiled plans for another major new housing estate on the outskirts of Clacton.
Bloor Homes want to build up to 240 homes on farmland between Rush Green Road and the former Bishops Park School.
The developers’ masterplan said: “Generous areas of open space, and local village squares, form the focal points of the development, and can accommodate children’s play spaces, planting, drainage features and parking.”
