A 21-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in court today charged with the murder of James Gregoire in Clacton.
Darren Gilbert, of Holland Road, Clacton, was charged on Thursday night and appeared before magistrates in Colchester this morning.
Gilbert, whom police said was unemployed, has been charged by detectives with murder, attempted murder and two counts of making threats to kill following the murder in Rosemary Road on Monday night.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Chelmsford Crown Court on Tuesday.
