High and dry: Spendells House in Walton
SHELTERED housing residents were among 100 people left without water supplies for 24 hours in Walton at the weekend.
Power for water supplies to Spendells House and three other blocks of council flats was lost at 11pm on Friday.
UK Power Networks spent Saturday trying to fix the problem.
Water supplies came back on at 1am yesterday.
