SUPERMARKET giant Tesco had to send pest controllers to a shocked customer’s house after a mouse jumped out of his shopping.
Nick Bain, 41, had his shopping delivered to his Clacton home on Thursday.
He was unpacking the shopping when he saw something moving. Then he spotted a mouse nestling in the carrier bag next to a loaf of bread.
The rodent shot out of the bag and scurried across the floor, before finding refuge in a kitchen nook.
Mr Bain said: “It’s not something you ever hope or expect to see, but it’s just one of those things. It’s just unfortunate it picked our shopping.”
