Blueprint for four new homes, parking and access road is given the green light
PROPOSALS for four new homes in Great Bentley have been given the green light.
The plans to develop properties at the back of Bold Venture, in Station Road, also include car parking and changes to access off the site. Tendring Council gave the scheme planning permission with conditions.
There had been objections from Essex County Council’s highways department, but the scheme was revised to resolve the issues.
The site is currently used as a vehicle dismantling business.
That will continue on part of the land not needed for the new homes.
