A DUO who starred in Britain’s Got Talent visited a Thorpe school to deliver an electrifying anti-bullying message.

Stephan Benson and JeffreyOkyere, who make up R&B duo Misunderstood, tour schools to perform and talk to students about cyber bullying and online safety.

They visited Tendring Technology College on Tuesday, performing for every year group at the Thorpe campus.

Stephan and Jeffrey have impressive credentials, having appeared with dance group Myztikal on Britain’s Got Talent, reaching the semi-finals of the show.

They have also opened for Grammy award winners Boyz II Men.

Assistant principal Gail Lewis said: “They are incredibly talented young men. They sing, write their own songs and are really electrifying dancers. They performed for all of the students and were just fantastic.

“They were so energetic, but after the performance they sat and talked to the students about online safety.

“Their message is so strong. It is a subject that is particularly important now and it is a vital message for our pupils to hear.

“We loved having them and it was perfectly timed to coincide with anti-bullying week.”
