POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a disturbance at the Geisha restaurant, in Marine Parade, Clacton.
Officers were called to the incident just after 1.45am on November 1 and three people, all from Clacton, were arrested.
A 35-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm and criminal damage, while a 36-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a police officer and a 60-year-old man on suspicion of obstructing a police officer and public order offences.
They have all been released on police bail pending further inquiries.
