BURGLARS stole watches and cash after ransacking a house in Frinton.

The crooks broke into the home in Maple Drive by smashing a rear patio door.

Four watches were stolen, including a silver Rotary digital ladies watch, a silver British Legion watch, another silver-coloured watch with link chain bracelet and a ladies watch with a white strap.

The burglary took place at about 10.10am on November 9.
