Car crash by railway gates flips car onto its side
A CAR crash saw a car flipped onto its side by Frinton’s railway gates.
The crash happened just outside the gates at the roundabout linking Frinton Road and Connaught Avenue, at about 9.30am this morning.
Firefighters were called to cut the driver from the overturned vehicle.
The driver was put into the care of the ambulance service – it is not yet clear if any injuries were sustained.
Traffic is still disrupted in the area as emergency services clear the scene.
