WALTON traders have hit out at supermarket lorry drivers for turning the town centre into a “nightmare”.
Lorries delivering new stock to the Tesco Express, in High Street, have been blamed for causing chaos.
Frustrated shopkeepers claim the trucks block access to the nearby stores, create major congestion and put pedestrians at risk.
