PRIMARY school children from around Witham took part in a rugby taster session.
The sessions, held by Witham Rugby Club, meant primary school children could come in as a group and have an hour of learning a new sport.
Witham Rugby Club chairman Nick Redfern said: “They had a great time.
“It was arranged by Witham Rugby Club and the England Rugby Football Union.
“Each session was made for up to 50 children and it was mixed with both boys and girls, and they all really enjoyed themselves.”
Witham Rugby Club held ten sessions.
