CAR fanatics are in for a treat with a massive show taking place at Cressing Temple Barns.

Cressing Classics is a unique event featuring classic cars, motorbikes, automotive trade stands and memorabilia stalls.

Lots of craft stalls and entertainment suitable for all the family will also be part of the action-packed day.

The show is set across the grounds of the historic estates and will take revellers back in time at the 13th century barns.

More than 600 cars from all eras will be on displays.

Clubs will be demonstrating their driving ability throughout the day as well.

Catering stalls will be serving up a range of treats and the on-side Tiptree tea-room will be open as usual.

Live bands, face painting and rides for the kids complete the line-up of events.

Club pitches are being offered free of charge, but need to be booked in advance.

A spokesperson for Cressing Classics said: “We’re super exciting for our upcoming event.

“It’s set to be a fantastic day out for all the family. You’ve got a journey through automotive history at your fingertips, along with a number of unique craft stalls and children’s activities such as rides, face painting and balloons.

“It’s going to be a packed-out day and we look forward to welcoming everyone to our beautiful venue at Cressing Temple Barns.”

Headline sponsors for the event include Mitsubishi, Audi, SsangYong and Auto Finesse.

The show is organised by the Naylor Car Club.

Admission costs £5 per classic car, £2 per motorbike and £5 per person for entrance on the day.

Under 12s go free of charge.

The show is open between 11am and 4pm on Sunday.
