STOLEN: The burglar stole a car and sherry
A burglar stole a car and a bottle of sherry after breaking into a house in Braintree.
They forced open the front door and stole a set of keys for the house.
They also took the car and sherry before being disturbed by the homeowner who had been woken by the noise.
The burglar made off through the front door but managed to get away with £500 worth of items.
It happened in Thistley Green Road, at about 4.30am on September 10.
