A CELEBRATION of everything good for the body and soul takes place at Cressing Temple Barns this weekend.

The Healthy Living Show, which is run by Essex County Parks, is hoping to help improve people's fitness and wellbeing at a fun event for all the family.

The show will provide advice to residents from across the county about how they can live a healthier, more natural lifestyle.

A variety of natural products, cosmetics and nutritional supplements and accessories will be on offer and there will be demonstrations and speakers delivering health and exercise advice throughout both days.

The stunning Tudor walled garden and the historical Templar barns are the perfect backdrop for the first edition of the new event, which Essex County Council hope to be a big success.

There is also the famous onsite Tiptree Jam tearoom available to provide treats for all the family – with queues expected at busy times as everyone gathers to enjoy the treats on offer.

The event takes place between 10am and 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

Tickets cost £3 per adult and £2 per concession, under 16s attend free.

There is ample parking on site which is free of charge.
