ATTACK: The attack happened in the park off Maldon Road
A WOMAN and her dog were injured after another dog attacked them both in Witham.
Police were called at about 6.20pm on Monday to a park off Maldon Road.
They are currently looking for the owner and are appealing for witnesses.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said: "Police were contacted with reports a woman and a dog had been bitten by another dog in a park off Maldon Road.
"We have been advised the dog needed veterinary treatment and the woman was seeking medical assistance for a hand injury.
"Officers are working to establish the identity of the other dog and its owner. Anyone with information should contact police on 101."
