SPOTTED: Two men were seen stealing the number plates off a car
TWO MEN were seen stealing the number plates off a car in Black Notley.
The two men were seen by a neighbour as they stole the plates from a black Nissan Qashqai.
The neighbour heard another car screech off as the two men fled the scene.
It happened in Hadfield Drive on June 15, at about 5.20pm.
