COLLEGE students showcased their creativity at their end of year show.

Creative arts pupils from The College at Braintree celebrated their final projects at a display showing their hard work during the academic year.

This is the first year that The College has put on the all-encompassing exhibition from the schools of art, music and the performing arts.

Students presented their work to their friends, family, guest, staff and members of the public at the Braintree campus on June 15.

Suzi Potts, Head of Braintree Arts at The College at Braintree said: “I’m extremely proud of the students for creating such high quality final pieces.

"Exhibitions like this are a really good way for students to get their work known to the wider community, take ownership of their work and share with friends and family.

"I’m really pleased that we’re able to represent all areas of the Creative Arts Department in Braintree too."

Shannah Oliver, 17, Art and Design student, said: “I really enjoy studying here.

"I moved around a lot when I was younger – I’d never even dreamed of coming to college to study a course like this.

"This is the first exhibition I’ve ever done, so I feel really proud that I have the opportunity to exhibit my work to a wide audience."
