The ashes of two avid music fans killed in a car crash are back on English soil after a metal band took them on tour across North America.
Welsh rockers, Bullet For My Valentine, wore jewellery made from Corran ‘Coz’ Powell and James Simmons’s ashes on their mammoth three-month tour of the states from July to September.
James’s dad, Mike Simmons, said the trip would have been a dream for Coz and James, who covered the band’s hits in their own group, Violet Quartz.
The pair were two of three men killed in a head-on crash in Braintree Road, Gosfield, in December.
Mike said: "To even tour and support a band like Bullet would have blown them away and we were absolutely chuffed to bits that they did it."
