Six acre parcel of land set for auction next month
A SIX acre parcel of land will go up for auction next month.
The freehold land is in Stanbrook, adjacent to Hammer Hill Farmhouse, off the B1051.
Land and property auctioneers Clive Emson say the £75,000 to £85,000 plot is suitable for grazing or amenity use.
On the Eastern boundary the fenced-in land borders the River Chelmer and can be accessed by a gate to the road.
The auction will take place at the Channels Golf Club, Little Waltham, Chelmsford at 11am on September 21.
