A bra bank has been installed in a Witham shop to encourage women to donate their unwanted undies for charity.
Women can now drop their bras in the bank at New Look, in Newlands Shopping Centre, to help fight cancer and poverty at the same time.
Once dropped into the bank, the bras will be shipped off to textile traders across Africa.
For every tonne collected, textile recycling company, BCR Global Textiles, will donate £1,000 to cancer research charity, Against Breast Cancer.
The Newlands Shopping Centre thought up the initiative and the bra bank will be open until the end of October.
