An 18-year-old is appealing for the public's help after his only means of transport was stolen.
Jake Hickford's Honda XL125 1983 was taken sometime between Friday night (Feb 20) and the very early hours of Saturday from Cross Road, Maldon.
Jake believes it could be the only one of its kind in the area and has started a Facebook appeal to get it back.
The motorcycle engineer student uses it to get to The College at Braintree and has also got a new apprenticeship in Burnham.
He said: "My bike's name is Rosie and I've had her for nearly a year now and we went every where together.
"I made her my own bike by personalizing her.
"I've also just got a new apprenticeship in Burnham that I don’t know how I'm going to get to."
