Woman taken to hospital with head injury following crash between car and pedestrian this morning
A woman in her 30s was taken to hospital after she was involved in a collision with a car.
Ambulance crews were sent to Rayne Road at the junction with Aetheric Road, in Braintree at about 9.20am today following reports that a silver KA had been in collision with a pedestrian.
The woman, who suffered a head injury, was taken to Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.
Her condition is not thought to be life-threatening.
