Burglar disturbed in Sible Hedingham home
A would-be burglar was disturbed when the homeowner returned.
Police officers were called to a property in Queen Street, Sible Hedingham shortly after 4pm yesterday after the occupant of the house went inside to discover a man there.
The helicopter was dispatched to trace him but he was nowhere to be found.
He is described as 5ft 6ins tall, brown hair and wearing dark trousers.
Enquiries are continuing.
