Neighbour who made residents' lives "hell" evicted

A NUISANCE neighbour has been made homeless after residents made more than 300 complaints against him.
Builders boarded up Andrew Wheeler’s Colchester home on Friday after magistrates approved a court order to close it down for three months.
Colchester Council took the action after residents of Crowhurst Road said their lives had been made a “misery” by Mr Wheeler’s actions.
