Prize draw on offer as Colchester Council launches energy survey

RESIDENTS chosen at random are to receive a survey asking them about how much power they use.

Colchester Council and the Department of energy and Climate Change are sending out surveys of energy efficiency to around 8,500 residents.

Anyone returning a fully completed survey will be entered into a draw to win £300 cash.

There are four £300 prizes up for grabs across the east of England.
