TWO warning emails have been sent to parents of pupils at a Colchester high school after two separate incidents.
Philip Morant school has sent out two messages to parents this week, warning them a female pupil was approached by a man in Drury Road Colchester, who asked her to get in his car.
The other incident involved a man allegedly taking pictures of pupils in Lexden Road, Colchester, last week and following them into town.
Dan Fox, vice principal at the Norman Way school, told parents both incidents had been reported to the police.
One message reads: "It has been brought to our attention that one of our students was approached by a man in a car asking her to get in.
"This occurred in Drury Road.
"Once again we would like to remind all our students to be vigilant and to keep themselves safe by walking home or to town in groups or pairs wherever possible."
The other message reads: "It has been brought to our attention by another local school that last week a man was allegedly photographing two students and then followed them along Lexden Road towards town.
"This incident was reported to police at the time."
