Delays on the A12 between Hatfield Peverel and Boreham
ONE lane of the A12 is partially blocked.
The inside lane of the northbound carriageway is partially blocked between junction 19, Boreham, and junction 20, Hatfield Peverel, by a broken down vehicle.
Traffic is slow moving as of 9.10am.
Update 9.50am: The incident has now been cleared
