GAMERS battled it out for 24 hours in aid of charity.
The Genital Games fundraiser took place at Xtreme Gaming, in High Street, Colchester, across Saturday and Sunday.
Teams played Fifa, Street Fighter and Call of Duty to raise cash for the Robin Cancer Trust.
It was set up in 2012 after the death of Robin Freeman, 24, of Wivenhoe, and aims to raise awareness of all germ cell cancers, including testicular and ovarian cancers, in 16 to 35-year-olds.
Iain Brophy, director of Darkworld Gaming, an online gaming magazine, said: “It was amazing. We had 20 people and everyone was there from 2pm on Saturday until 2pm on Sunday.
“We would like to say a thank you to Xtreme Gaming for putting us up for 24 hours.”
The event has raised more than £400 so far.
