Our rail line is left out again

SO the Government is to spend billions on the rail network, but the London to Norwich line loses out once again.

This line must be one of the last lines to use the antiquated slam door trains. Housebuilding is on the rise and more and more people will be using the railways, yet we do not have the rolling stock to cope with it.
