I was very worried about someone I knew who was being caught up in drugs and alcohol to help with depression.
I phoned the charity Open Road, which has people who advise families, or anyone who needs support and help.
As I am disabled, two of the women, Sue and Lynn, took the trouble to come to my home and talk to me about my concerns.
They were both empathic and their advice was invaluable to me.
I am writing this letter to tell others who need help/advice these great people are there for them.
