Have a birthday bash for Havens

A CHARITY is about to celebrate its 25th birthday with parties across Essex.
Havens Hospices turns 25 years old in June, which is also Hospice Awareness Month. To mark the milestone, Havens is asking new and existing supporters to hold birthday bash parties to raise money.
Supporters can sell scones at school, bake buns for buddies or charge colleagues for a cuppa and cake. It doesn't matter how large or small the donations are, or when the parties take place: The emphasis is on the communities coming together and supporting Havens Hospices.
Campaign manager Ele-
anor Burgess said: "The great thing about this birthday party is that anyone can get involved.
"Everybody loves cake and can either bake, buy or sell them to help raise money for these vital services during such a special year."
