Businesses encouraged to share best practice
BUSINESS people can share the secrets of their success through a region-wide website.
The Enterprise Road website, the brainchild of the East of England Development Agency (EEDA), is the culmination of a year-long project to find the best way to help potential entrepreneurs.
Barbara Follett, the Government's East of England minister, said it is vital to support budding entrepreneurs to help the region reach its potential.
And EEDA board member and board champion for Enterprise Road, Marco Cereste, added: "There are many projects across the region using innovative ways to make enterprise happen - raising aspiration, providing finance and affordable workspace, and giving support and training for fledgling businesses.
"However, this valuable knowledge is not being captured or shared. Through Enterprise Road, EEDA will be talking with entrepreneurs and the people who
support them, exchanging experiences and ideas, so we can learn the best ways of overcoming the blocks to enterprise."
