New sessions help over 55 stay active

NEW sessions are being held in Colchester to help the over 55s to stay active.
Colchester Council is working in association with Colchester United setting up weekly sessions at the community stadium and Col U’s Community Sports Trust’s Shrub End community and sport centre.
The sessions will run on Mondays from 10am to 11.30am at the stadium and from 1.30pm to 2.30pm on Fridays in Shrub End.
They will involve quizzes, crafts and gentle exercise as well time to socialise and have a cuppa.
Sessions at the stadium cost £4 while those at Shrub End cost £3.
