Live in Old Heath? Then visit Jacqueline's bus

A Firstsite artist wants to hear the hidden stories and reminiscences of Old Heath residents.

Associate artist Jacqueline Davies is inviting people to share tea and homemade cake on board the arts in Colchester Routemaster Bus next Thursday.

She will then create a collaborative project with them, using funding from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, as part of Firstsite’s Experimental Communities programme.

The bus will be at the Old Heath Recreation Ground from 10am to 11.30am, and then at the community centre in D’arcy Road from 1pm to 2.30pm.

Thanks, but no thanks. I would rather the Firsts*ite wasters sold their stupid bus to save some money, ceased making up their visitor numbers, stopped these crap projects and put an end to the monumental waste of public funds that our idiotic Council appear happy to bankroll ad infinitum.

Firstsite artist? No one who exhibits their work there can really be called an artist!
