Kind strangers help cancer mum
6:00am Wednesday 26th September 2012 in News
A DEVOTED sister has told how the kindness of strangers has helped her dying sister’s last wishes come true.
Melanie Swan-Horton, who is 47, has been given less than four months to live after bowel cancer spread to her liver and lungs.
She drew up a bucket list - things she wanted to do before she died - and friends put the list on Facebook.
Now strangers, along with her family and friends, have donated money and gifts to help her dreams a reality.
