Stolen car found on fire in Frating

A MERCEDES was stolen and set on fire during a burglary.
Thieves broke into a house in Chestnut Way, Brightlingsea, between 11pm on September 7 and 3.25am on September 8 and took keys to the black car which was parked on the driveway.
It was later discovered on fire in Church Road, Frating, just before 3.25am on September 8.
A laptop computer was also stolen during the burglary, where thieves forced rear patio doors to get into the house.
