Lunch club looks for new friends

A LUNCH club is looking for new members to join them for weekly activities.
Golden Threads runs every Monday at the Greenstead Community Centre in Hawthorn Avenue and is a great way to meet new people and make friends.
The group, for the over-50s, meet from 12.30pm until 2pm for a meal, dessert and refreshments, followed by activities such as bingo and beetle drives.
Each session costs £4 which includes the meal.
