Home raided while family slept upstairs

BURGLARS raided a home in Colchester while a family slept upstairs.
Between 11pm on Sunday, September 2 and 7.30am the next day burglars got into the house in Bridgefield Close by unknown means
They took electrical items and took them away in a green and dark blue shopping bag.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
