Brazen thief returns to the scene of the crime to steal again

POLICE are searching for a man who stole from a store and then returned a second time and abused staff.
 

Officers have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with two thefts from a shop in Mile End, Colchester.
 

On July 25 a man asked for cigarettes but left without paying for them.
The brazen thief then returned to the scene of the crime a week later, on August 1, and began putting items in a record type bag.
 

He was recognised by staff and confronted.
 

At this point he began shouting abuse at a female member of staff and ran off with cans of drink.
 

Despite police enquiries, the man has not yet been identified.
 

He is ginger haired, was smartly dressed and slim.
