Fire crews fight field blaze at Great Bentley farm

FIREFIGHTERS are tackling two acres of burning stubble in a field at Great Bentley.

The fire broke out at Sturricks Farm shortly after 2pm.

Crews from Weeley, Brightlingsea, Clacton and Dunmow are using hoses and beaters to fight the flames.

A special off-road vehicle is also at the scene.
