Hundreds saddle up for charity

Hundreds of cyclists saddled up to ride across north Essex to raise money for St Helena Hospice.
The fundraisers defied the rain to take part in the Essex Castle bike ride and tackled routes of between 25 and 75 miles.
Organisers hope £15,000 will be raised from the event which will be donated towards the running costs of the Colchester hospice.
