Three paratroopers get Military Cross from Prince Charles

THREE courageous paratroopers have received the Military Cross after they saved the lives of colleagues in Afghanistan.

Lance Corporal Alfie Pope, Sergeant Glen Gardiner and Corporal Martin Windmill, of Second Battalion the Parachute Regiment based at Colchester Garrison, received the honours from Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace.

maybe we should all put in for the george cross and save even more brave paratroopers by bringing all the troops home from that nonsensical conflict.
