ONE of Colchester’s newest consultants will be the guest speaker at a meeting next week.
David Galvin, who joined Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust in January, will discuss advances in treating urology cancers - prostate, kidney, bladder, testicular and penile - on Wednesday, May 4.
The meeting of the North East Essex Urology Cancer Support Network will be held at the Training and Development Centre at Essex County Hospital at 6pm.
Mr Galvin operates at the Essex Urological Cancer Centre and specialises in prostate and bladder cancer.
Free parking is on offer at the staff car park off Gray Road, as long as people leave a note on their windscreen saying they are at the meeting.
