"Men against boys" was Shrimpers boss Tony Hall's reaction to their defeat at the hands of Wroxham.

Harwich went behind by two goals in the first half and didn't look as if they would pull anything back before the interval.

If anything it was the home side who could have gone in at the break leading by more goals.

The second half followed the same storyline with Wroxham hitting another two and Harwich looking forlornly for a way back into the game.

But the Shrimpers could not find a way to break through a well ordered and disciplined side.

The final whistle would have been a relief for the visitors who must now concentrate on the games coming up if they are to avoid the drop.

Hall said: "It really was men against boys out on the pitch. They could have and probably deserved to win the game by 10-0, they created that many good chances. It was only their finishing that let them down.

"And saying that they still stuck four past us. We didn't perform, they out played us, out battled us, they were far stronger and quicker around the pitch.

"We have to blank this game out of our minds now and concentrate on the big game against Felixstowe next Saturday. We have seven games left, we have to win at least three or four. "And we have every opportunity to do that."
