AN open day will be held at Colchester Institute this Wednesday.

Potential students can visit the Sheepen Road campus from 4pm to 7pm to find out about further and higher education courses, and available financial help.

Kati Vardon, college marketing manager, said: "The Spring Open Event is for anyone looking to start a full-time course in September 2010.

"Staff will be available to talk about the wide range of programmes, and support on offer."
