A Colchester man has been named businessman of the year in the Mid-Essex Business Awards.
Organised by the Gazette’s sister paper, the Braintree and Witham Times and Weekly News Series, the awards celebrated the cream of the crop at UNEX Towerlands, Braintree.
Jeff Letter, managing director of Feathers Hair Group, which has salons in Witham, Braintree and Halstead and headquarters in Colchester, was praised by judges for his “drive, flair, enthusiasm, passion to succeed and ability to motivate”.
