The organisers of Croydon's only private post are resurrecting their annual service for the 19th year next month.
The scheme, co-ordinated by the Croham Valley Scout and Ranger Guide Unit, has delivered more than 120,000 Christmas cards to parts of the borough since its launch in 1982.
More than 10,000 residents will have received a leaflet detailing where they can obtain stamps and where to post their letters.
The scheme gets officially underway on December 1 and the last posting date is on December 17.
Cards are then sorted and delivered by Christmas Eve.
Stamps cost 13p each and all proceeds go to Unit funds
The organisation is urging those who haven't yet signed up to their service to do so before it is too late.
Anyone interested should contact organiser Christopher Dean. For further information call 01883 723 081.
